At The One To Watch Academy, we believe that talent truly flourishes when you dare to invest in growth. That’s why we focus on the development of the individual— not the team result or the weekend’s score, but the player themselves.

What to expect
During these sessions, we don’t just assess your football level, but—above all—your intrinsic motivation. We look for players who want to get the best out of themselves, whether you play for an amateur club or are already part of a professional youth academy. For us, drive, commitment, and joy in developing are what count.
