Why we do this
For too long, football development relied on gut feeling and manual work. Too often, coaches missed out on opportunities due to a lack of insight. We believed it had to change — smarter, fairer, and more accessible.
That’s why we combined technology and coaching into one platform that works for anyone ready to take the next step.

Ramin Ezzat
A driven football coach with a passion for smart, data-driven coaching.
Jaap Stam
Former professional footballer for clubs such as Manchester United and AC Milan, and former coach at Feyenoord and Reading FC. He understands better than anyone what it takes to truly develop talent.
Chris Wijnhoud
With years of experience in youth development and scouting across both amateur and professional levels.
